London Markets Board Game is a trading game by Michael Schacht. London, 19th century: Under Queen Victoria’s reign, trade of exotic goods in the United Kingdom has blossomed, with china, soap, silk and coffee being traded for top prices at London’s markets. Players assume the roles of merchants and their assistants to sell goods in the 5 famous markets of London. They need to organize their wares cleverly in order to control the goods replenishment and their personal income. Through clever use of the merchants and assistants at the different markets, and smart acquisition of goods at the daily auctions, they will earn the profits they need to win the game. The player that can navigate the markets with ease, to be in the right place at the right time, to earn the most profit, will become the most respected Merchant of the London Markets.
